Summary: Perform installation and startup functions on selected systems based on project plans specifications and other contract documents. Provide analysis of a Building Automation System (BAS) control and HVAC system performance at an individual building level. Ensure that documentation and system wiring is accurate and complete. Provide project-engineering support as needed for proper system operation. Ensure that project and system documentation is accurate, complete, and representative of the design according to engineer and customer standards. Provide project management and interfacing with both contractors/ subcontractors and any customer-side project managers. Ensure that financial and contractual changes to the project are advantageous to both BASiX and to the customer. Summary: The Sales Engineer develops long-term business-to-business working relationships with Mechanical Design, Mechanical Consulting, and Engineering firms. Working with customers to define the scope and pricing for control system installations, system upgrades, and system additions.
