CONTINUUM Training I:
Intended Audience:This course is designed for Plant Managers and associated personnel responsible for operating and maintaining the Andover CONTINUUM DDC system.
Prerequisites:Students should have a basic understanding of DDC controls and practices.
Upon Successful Completion:Student should be able to utilize and modify existing graphic panels and listviews, view and edit schedules, rename and configure points and controllers to meet individual site needs. Students should also be able to acknowledge and modify alarms and alarm levels, enable and disable points, and setup users and passwords.
CONTINUUM Training II:
Intended Audience:This course is designed for Facility Managers and associated personnel responsible for administering and maintaining Andover Controls controllers through the CONTINUUM CyberStation.
Prerequisites:CONTINUUM Building Operator Training I.
Upon Successful Completion:Working on CyberStation workstation, students should be able to connect to a CX controller at a local site, utilize existing graphic panels, view and printout reports and historical trends, view and edit schedules, rename and configure points and controllers to meet individual site needs. Students should also be able to acknowledge and modify alarms, and event notifications, enable and disable points, and setup users and passwords. In addition students should be able to view, edit and create basic HVAC controller programs.
CONTINUUM Graphics Training:
Prerequisites:Students should have a basic understanding of DDC controls and practices.Upon Successful Completion:Upon completion of this course, the student will be able to create and modify graphics and menu systems. The student will be able to create value displays, graphic animations, create buttons for set-point adjustment, and to link each of these to the respective points in each controller.
Plain English Programming:
A library of standard HVAC control programs, menu displays and sample trend logs is provided to the student on disk.
Intended Audience:This course is designed for Plant Managers and associated personnel responsible for programming of Andover Infinity controllers with a continuum workstation.
Prerequisites:Continuum Training I.
Upon Successful Completion:Students should be able to connect to a CX controller at a local or remote site, and configure new Plain English programs for HVAC control, reports, displays, and trend logs. The student will also understand how to edit existing programs and perform program check-out and calibration procedures.
Installation / Service Training:Summary:
Intended Audience:This course is designed for Facility personnel responsible for normal operation of the Andover Infinity Building Automation System.
Prerequisites:None.
Upon Successful Completion:Students will know how to install, test, troubleshoot and replace EnergyNet and Infinet Controllers, including accessing and modifying the attributes of these devices from a Continuum Workstation or from and an attached PC in Terminal Mode. Students will also be able to install, test, troubleshoot and repair various "Name Brand" input and output devices.
