Van_DriverSide.jpgBASiX is available to serve you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Our normal business hours are Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 4:30 pm. During normal business hours call our Portsmouth Office at 603-610-6900 and press '2' for the Service Department.

If you need to reach us for Emergency Service (after normal business hours), please call our Service Pager following the applicable directions below. When you call us, please try to have specific information, i.e. the Controller ID & its location.
